I had a recent problem that was difficult to solve, and I don’t understand why the fix worked, but I know the router works now.
The UniFi Dream Router was restarting randomly. It had been dropped from a height, and the little cap at the top had come off. I snapped the cap back on, making sure to align the two sockets in the cap to the posts on the router. It has been working perfectly ever since.
I would love to understand why this worked, but I’ll take the win. Comment below if you’ve had the same issue or if you know why this fixed it.
